In order to provide the best possible experience for our customers, Whollygrail uses a streamlined approach to shipping, and engages a combination of Australia Post and a variety of courier services to keep costs manageable and leverage the relative strengths of the carriers.
National delivery is free for orders over $130. For orders under $130, our delivery charges within Australia are:

We know just how much our customers look forward to receiving their orders, so we aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of your request.

For urgent deliveries, we use DHL Express with next day delivery to most parts of the country. Express delivery charges vary depending on the weight of the parcel and delivery destination.

All Whollygrail orders offer parcel tracking, to give you the best estimate of when your parcel will arrive. In the event that you are not present to receive your shipment, you will receive a calling card from the carrier to acknowledge they have attempted delivery, and advising where you may collect your parcel (Australia Post) or providing contact details to arrange redelivery (couriers). We encourage our customers to use the tracking information available to ensure someone is present to receive your order as repeated delivery attempts may attract a subsequent charge by the carrier.
You may request the parcel be left at the delivery address in your absence. Please be aware that with this authorisation, the responsibility of the parcel is transferred to you from delivery. Whollygrail does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels requested to be left unattended.

For our international orders, we partner with DHL’s extensive worldwide network to provide the fastest and most reliable service. This is determined with DHL’s competitive shipping calculator and is easily reflected when your order is updated at the checkout. While both shipping cost and delivery time is determined by parcel weight and destination, DHL’s extensive network ensures that most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from pickup at the warehouse. Some remote areas will exceed this time estimate.
