Maca Magic Blender Bowl
Loved this and had to share. Ticks all the boxes with protein, only the good fats, magnesium, potassium, and packed with good quality energy and fibre. Breakfast is great when you enjoy all the good stuff, and fabulous when you have the excitement to go with!
Serves 1 | Prep Time: 1 min | Blend time: 1 min
- one frozen banana, chopped
- 2 tblsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice (we used almond for this)
- 1 tblsp maca
- 1/2 avocado
- top with a peak of coconut yoghurt and sprinkle with cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a small blender, or tall cup if you have a stick blender.
Blend 1 minute.
Top with garnish of choice- sliced fruit, nuts and seeds, cacao nibs or coconut shavings.
Great breakfast or substantial snack idea for those with AI symptoms, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances. Of course, Maca Magic Blender Bowl doesn’t discriminate, and can be appreciated by everyone 🙂
