If you’re looking to get back on track and enjoy glowing, vibrant health, we’d like to invite you to join the 8 Week Healthyself Reset program.
Our program is designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to take charge of your health. You’ll be guided by an accredited health coach, who will take the time to understand your individual needs and goals, setting the scene for positive changes that will last a lifetime.
The 8 Week Healthyself Reset program is ideal for people who are ready to take charge of their health and are looking for guidance along the way. There are no fanatical fads, just a clear framework for knowledge and understanding. It’s about appreciating the impact of the choices you make and the consequences that result—all backed by sound science.
Each module in the program builds on the one before, allowing you to deliberately transform the way you manage your health and wellbeing. While we encourage you to make the most of your time during the program, there is flexibility to complete each module within the week allocated, so you can easily accommodate the program into your own personal schedule.
Access to the Healthyself Hub offers our community connection and the opportunity to share where you’re at on your journey. Our health coaches are available to schedule any extra support sessions that you feel you need, to help you stay on track.

how it works
We put you to task straight away, with a comprehensive questionnaire that we ask you to complete as thoroughly as possible, so that you can give your health coach the best information to guide your Reset Blueprint session. This is arranged at a mutually suitable time, so it fits with your schedule and gives you plenty of time to prepare.
During your Reset Blueprint session, your health coach will learn about your health journey so far, and where you would like to see yourself in the future. This is the foundation of your personalised Blueprint for Reset success. Armed with your new approach to better health, you will soon receive a Healthyself Reset Toolkit full of goodies to support your journey with the Healthyself program – enjoy!
Our weekly modules are offered over the following seven weeks and are delivered in three phases:
reduce and refocus
The initial phase of our Healthyself Reset concentrates on reducing inflammation, to bring your body back to a baseline that promotes healing and repair. We look at sources of toxins in your lifestyle and environment, and how you can identify triggers that promote the inflammatory response in your body.
recover and repair
The body is designed to heal. Now that we have removed the sources of inflammation, we can turn our focus to helping our body recalibrate and recover from imbalances, nourishing your body back to health. Your response will relate to the adjustments you’ve been able to make in the initial phase.
reenergise and reboot
Now that we’ve removed what was holding you back and encouraged your body’s natural repair mechanism, we can offer you the next phase in our program, designed to focus on boosting your immune system and giving you that extra bounce in your step.
